Bryce Brown – Founder of Brown Design and Build

From a young age, I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a drive to get things done. As soon as I turned 16, I jumped into the workforce, determined to gain experience and build a future for myself. After working a few low-paying corporate jobs, I finally found my footing in the small business world, landing a role in dental technology as an onsite engineer My job involved setting up all the IT necessities for dental startups, giving me firsthand experience in managing complex projects and delivering quality work under pressure.
 

With dedication and persistence, I worked my way up, eventually becoming a Senior Project Manager, where I oversaw the launch of more than 50 dental practice startups a year. Through this experience, I sharpened my leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills—all while maintaining my hands-on approach and attention to detail.
 

I've always been a jack-of-all-trades, someone who enjoys learning new skills and perfecting them. With the right believers by my side—my amazing partner, Claire, and my supportive family—I decided to take a leap of faith. I poured myself into researching remodeling, design, and construction, channeling my creativity and determination into launching Brown Design and Build.
 

At Brown Design and Build, I bring my passion for craftsmanship, precision, and innovative design into every project. My goal is to create beautiful, high-quality spaces that not only meet but exceed expectations. I believe that with hard work, a vision, and the right people, anything is possible.
